Make Crunchy Hashish in Just Three Minutes

Hash brown pancakes are great but can be very time consuming to make. However, follow the video instructions above and you won’t have to wait long for perfectly crispy potato pancakes.

Famous culinary writer Josh Ozerski’s secret is to very rarely grate potatoes in a skillet. In other words, do not cover the entire pan with grated potatoes, as I did. This will allow the steam to come out and brown the potatoes quickly.

If you have some additional culinary skills, you can get a nice potato grate that can be flipped right away, says Ozerskiy.

Another important part of this technique: the only other ingredients you’ll need are butter and a generous sprinkle of salt. Potatoes also don’t need to be peeled or boiled beforehand. Fast and easy!
