Gravit Is a Free Browser-Based Alternative to Adobe Illustrator or Fireworks
Need to create a logo, website mockup, or any digital illustration? You don’t need to buy or download software to do this. Gravit is a robust illustration creation tool that runs in your browser.
If you’ve used other graphic design programs like Illustrator or Photoshop, working with Gravit will probably be second nature to you. The web application includes vector tools such as the Pen tool, Line tool, and Bezigone tool, as well as AutoShapes. You can easily align objects, group or crop them, and work with layers. Your files can be exported to PNG, JPG, or SVG, and you can also import these file formats as well as EPS files.
Gravit’s open source designs page showcases some of the impressive designs others have been able to create with the app. While it may not have all the features that Illustrator has, this free tool is a powerful alternative.
