Old Egg Cartons Are Great for Transporting Tiny Eggs
Eggs are fragile and can be difficult to transport. Fortunately, the Food 52 has an easy way to pack just a couple at a time, no additional equipment is required. Just don’t throw away old cardboard boxes or cut them up.
To make a super safe and super cheap egg transport system, simply cut open the egg carton and make a miniature version of it. Secure it with an elastic band and take the little ones wherever they need to. I recommend taking them with you to lunch and boiling or gently cooking them in a coffee mug for a protein salad or rice topper.
