Store Tools and Pot Lids Inside a Magnetic Stripe Cabinet
Wall-mounted tapes are a convenient way to store more than just knives. You can also use them to store metal tools like blades and food processor attachments and other loose items like pot lids and keep them easily accessible.
The key to this idea is to hang the strip on the back of the cabinet, in an otherwise unused space (so obviously you won’t want to do this if you are stacking items in front of the strip or your cabinets are shallow.) for example food processor blades, you only need one strip. You may need several strips for large items such as pot lids. This storage method is especially useful for fragile or dangerous gear (like sharp blades) that you don’t want to just mix with everything in the bottom of the cabinet and keep everything where you can easily find it when you need to use it.
