Spring is just around the corner, which means suffering is just around the corner for us hay fever sufferers. If you are thinking of immunotherapy to relieve your symptoms, now is a good time for treatment.
Allergy immunotherapy may include injections, pills, or under the tongue. It is designed to reduce sensitivity to allergens, but this approach takes time. Dr. David Lange of the Cleveland Clinic explains in the video above that you should start taking the pills before allergy season starts.
