Record Your Screencast on YouTube Only
If you work for family technical support, you may need to record screencasts from time to time to show people how to troubleshoot. Most likely, you will not need a special screencasting program for this. Digital Inspiration shows how easy it is to use YouTube.
All you need to do is set up an event for live streaming to YouTube, but set the video to private or private before you start. From there, Hangouts Live will open, where you can switch to the screen sharing option. Now just record your screencast. When you’re done, you can change the privacy of the video to share with anyone. Of course, you cannot edit or do something special, but it comes in handy when you just need to quickly show how something works. Go to Digital Inspiration for details on setting it up.
