We love the slow cooker , but sometimes the saucepan can be ridiculously large compared to the amount of food you want to cook, and cooking fewer servings can be time-consuming. So here’s a workaround.
Slow cooker cookbook author Stephanie O’Dea shares this quick tip on The Huffington Post: Simply place the ingredients in a smaller (one or two quart) oven-safe dish and place the dish in the slow cooker.
It should cook the same way and, even better, will be easier to clean than your larger multicooker.
