As usual, there will actually be two discussions – one starting at 6:00 pm ET / 3:00 pm PT with Karlie Fiorina, Mike Huckabee, Rand Paul and Rick Santorum. Then, at 9:00 pm ET / 6:00 pm PT , there will be a “Winner Debate” with the remaining candidates: Donald Trump, Ted Cruise, Marco Rubio, Ben Carson, Jeb Bush, John Kasich and Chris Christie.
