Make a Makeshift Cheese Grater From a Soda Can
If you need grated cheese but don’t have a cheese grater, a can of soda is a pinch.
This YouTube video Shake the Future demonstrates a clever method of turning a can of soda into an impromptu cheese grater. Carefully pry off the top of the can using a can opener or knife, then poke a few small holes on one side of the can. Open each hole so some aluminum pops out so you can cut the cheese. When you’re done, rub the block of cheese on the side of the jar and you’ll have freshly grated cheese.
