Pixelmator Adds 3D Touch for Touch Drawing Along With Support for IPad Pro

iOS: Pixelmator is already a great photo editing app on iOS, but the latest update takes advantage of the new 3D Touch feature on iPhone 6s exactly as you’d expect with touch drawing.

Along with hard pressing on the icon for shortcuts and various quick and quick view features, the latest update to Pixelmator allows you to press hard while drawing to make lines thicker, or gently touch to make lines lighter. While this doesn’t make drawing on your iPhone an enjoyable experience, it does help make it a little better. In addition, the update also adds support for the iPad Pro and Apple Pencil. For anyone not using the latest Apple devices, you get a bunch of new artist-designed brushes (including a pixel brush for anyone who loves pixel art), a new auto-straighten feature, and improved cropping.
