Being cute and charismatic is as learned an art form as any other. However, there is one simple path to a magnetic personality: to start having fun.
As Business Blog Inc. points out, you can always practice non-verbal communication and introduce the best version of yourself. However, when you are having fun, you can automatically attract others. People like to have fun (shocking, I know) and it’s contagious. Of course, it helps to be able to read the situation:
Fun is a trait that people usually appreciate in others. But situational awareness is the key to knowing how to play it. Be attentive to what is happening around you; Sometimes your playful side can have complete leeway, but sometimes it needs to be contained. The trick will be to know when to be entertaining and when to be serious.
Even if you’re in a situation where fun isn’t a priority – you probably won’t be very cute if you’re having fun at a business meeting – you can teach yourself to feel more comfortable in your own skin by having fun elsewhere. The more you hang out with people you like and allow yourself to do what you love, the easier it is to be natural in more serious situations.
