Take Your Kids to Barnes & Noble This Weekend for Free Maker Workshops
Parents, if you have a budding manufacturer on hand, now is a good weekend to visit Barnes & Noble. In collaboration with Make: Magazine, B&N hosts the Mini Maker Faire.
The event consists of three main parts: demonstration of the latest technologies in the field of 3D printing, programming and other areas; a practical project in which children can learn programming, drawing, circuitry, design, and so on; and speeches from the leaders of the Maker movement.
The event takes place from 6 to 8 November at different times every day. Check out the schedule below.
