The new Apple TV is here, which means it’s time to start downloading some of the apps. There are a lot of new things to look for, so let’s take a look at the best of the best.
Unlike iOS or the Mac App Store, there is no direct way to link to Apple TV apps if they are for Apple TV only (we’ll refer to the iOS version below as most of those apps support universal purchase, which means you if you have one on your iOS device, they will also be free on Apple TV), so you just need to search for them in the store from the TV itself. Also, the store is horribly organized and difficult to navigate, so discovering new apps is a challenge.
