Honey Still Applies Coupon Codes Automatically, but Now You Can Earn Points Too
Chrome: The Honey browser extension is great for automatically issuing coupons. Instead of looking for a coupon code when you buy something online, the extension will search and apply the coupon for you with one click. And now they’ve added cashback deals.
Honey still does the same thing it always does: automatically applies the online coupon codes. But it now includes a cash-back program when you spend at certain retail stores (Groupon, Target, and Nordstrom, to name a few). All you have to do is register with HoneyGold and the next time you use Honey at one of these stores, you will earn points. Once you’ve earned a certain amount of points, you can redeem them for an Amazon gift card or cash (or even real gold, apparently).
In fact, it works like any other money back program. But if you are already using the extension, this is an easy way to save even more without doing anything. It is currently in beta testing and lists several popular stores, but they are planning a full rollout later this year. See for yourself using the link below.
