Use a Pencil Eraser As an Earring As a Last Resort
Losing your earring on your back is frustrating enough, but if you don’t know where it went, you’re stuck. If you have a pencil close at hand, there is an easy way to reinsert the earring – at least until you find a new earring.
Cut a few centimeters from the end of the pencil eraser, then thread the earring through it to punch a hole. Make a hole before using it as a temporary back to make it easier for you to put it on. Back home, you can replace the eraser on the back of another earring, or just buy a new one.
