AirPaper Will Cancel Your Comcast Service for Five Bucks
Comcast doesn’t have the best reputation for customer service. They promised to get better after that infamous phone call , but a quick Twitter search will tell you: customers are still unhappy. If you want to cancel Comcast without any problems, AirPaper will do it for you for five dollars.
The concept behind AirPaper, created by a couple of software engineers, is pretty simple: You give them your customer information and five dollars, and they call Comcast on your behalf and cancel your cable connection. If they fail, they will refund your money. All you have to do is answer a few quick questions on their website.
It is somewhat similar to Billcutterz, the previously mentioned site that will trade discounts with your invoice providers. All they need is your name and account number and they will do all the work for you.
It might seem overwhelming to pay someone to make a phone call, but $ 5 is a pretty reasonable request, and your time is valuable in the end. But aside from time, it’s also about effort. As someone who has gone through the headache of giving up cable TV, I would happily pay five dollars to have someone figure it out for me.
