Make a List of Small Tasks to Fill in the Gaps Between Appointments

When you have multiple appointments on the same day, you almost always end up with gaps in between. Despite the fact that these breaks are often around 30 minutes, it seems that they are not enough to get anything done. Constantly make a list of small tasks to make the most of them.

If you have small tasks that take 30 minutes or less, or can be completed in 30 minutes, make a list so you can easily see where to move on. If you’re on a project that can be completed in those 30 minutes, use your personal kanban to keep things even more organized . If you have an even shorter break, use that time to focus on your 10-minute daily tasks. Of course, there is nothing wrong with just taking a break between meetings to relax and mentally prepare for the next one, so if you need to do that, do it.
