Pocket Now Recommends Articles to You Based on the Ones You’ve Saved
Pocket is one of our favorite services for saving articles for later reading . Today, the service introduced a Featured section with content tailored to your saving and reading habits.
Featured articles appear in a new list next to the Reading List. They are based on the millions of articles and videos other Pocket users save, and the types and sources of content you save to Pocket. You can save any recommended article to your Reading List by clicking the Save button, or hide the ones you don’t need.
This looks like a great way to discover new content. At the moment I’ve been recommended 20 articles in Pocket and can’t switch the view to list view, but I see that will change in the future.
According to the company, the recommended content is constantly updated throughout the day, and major updates to Pocket 6.0 will be made until the end of the year every 5-6 weeks.
