What’s Your Favorite “good for Anything” Condiment or Spice?

Condiments and spices can turn a dish from bland to mouth-watering delicious. Do you have the right seasoning to turn it from boring food to amazingly delicious food?

My default seasoning is cashew sauce with canned adobo peppers, lemon juice, salt and pepper. I need to cook it, but it heats up a little, but it adds creaminess. I like to cook a large batch and use it for pasta, salad, fried vegetables, sandwiches and as a sauce. Throw the excess in a jar or dish container and I can use it for a few weeks, if long enough.
