Peach season inspires many of us to stock up on box after box of fragrant fluffy fruits, but these thin-skinned beauties bruise quite easily even when they’re just hanging out in a grocery drawer. Luckily, all you have to do is turn them upside down.
When you store peaches (or nectarines or apricots) stem down, they stabilize and cannot roll, whether on the counter or in the refrigerator. It’s almost silly simple advice, but I’ll still use it on my precious peaches.
