Create a Motorized Camera for Capturing High Quality Panoramic Photos
Panoramic photos can truly capture the beauty of the world’s breathtaking landscapes, but not every camera can do it on its own (or at all). This custom camera setup sits on top of a regular tripod and allows a conventional camera to automatically aim and capture stunning panoramas.
In the video above from Make YouTube, Jason Poel Smith explains the process of creating such a mount. You will need an Arduino and some servos to create it, but when it’s finished, you can take high quality panoramic shots from almost any camera.
