Fix Cracked Pie Crust With a Little Flour and Water
There is nothing worse than rolling out a pretty pie crust just to make it crack while baking, but it turns out that there is a super-simple solution and it doesn’t require any extra batter.
As shown in the video above, simply make a paste of flour and water (you want it to have the consistency of a putty) and gently smooth it over the crack. Place in the oven again until the paste is dry and your shells are like new.
