Label Cords When You Move so That They Can Be Easily Identified Later
Moving around becomes much easier if you simplify the packaging. But many of us just throw trash in boxes and say we’ll figure it out when we move to a new place. More than once I have received a box with unidentified cords. Simple solution: just mark these cords.
It may take a while to figure out which cords are plugged into which device, and labeling them will solve the problem. Just wrap a piece of tape over a cord and write “TV” or “printer” or whatever device it comes with.
