Most Popular Way to Share Playlists: Spotify Shared Playlists

Undoubtedly, you guys said that you prefer the easiest and hassle-free method of sharing playlists, which also comes with the service you are already using. Spotify’s shared playlists took first place in our survey by a wide margin, with over 64% of the total votes.
In a similar vein to the services you already use, YouTube’s public playlists came in second place with over 17% of the vote, thanks to how easy it is to create a YouTube playlist and share it with the world either via a direct link or via embedding it in a blog or website. In third place, 8Tracks’ site for streaming music and “digital mixtapes” received 11% of the votes, in no small part due to its ease of use and recent redesign. Shared playlists Last.fm and Playlist.net tied for fourth place, each with exactly 3.67% of the vote to round out the top five.
