Build a Pallet Lumber Storage Cart to Save Money
Lumber and pallet pieces need to be properly organized so you can find them for your next project. You can build your own storage cart on wheels from scratch, or save money and build from pallets.
This wheeled trolley is 2 feet by 4 feet, so it slides easily through doorways and slides neatly over walls. It has 8 compartments for storing timber of various sizes. The side panels of the pallet give a unique look and you won’t have to worry if this cart gets scratched or damaged as you can easily replace any component.
To build this cart, you will need pallet demolition tools, including a hacksaw, pry bar, and hammer. To assemble the cart, you will need a circular saw, miter saw, sander, cordless drill, and nailer. After you have pulled out a few pallet deck boards, you will need 4 rollers, deck screws, hole screws for pockets, and nails to assemble the cart.
