Unclutter, a Three-in-One Mac File Management Tool, Reimagined
Mac: When you first started Unclutter, it was a useful tool for keeping track of your clipboard, notes, and file storage. But it was also ugly and with some rough edges. The experience has now been improved in everything.
Since the last time we talked about Unclutter, it has received many updates, but in particular, it is now much faster and easier to use. When you hover your mouse over the menu bar, Unclutter slides down and opens three utilities. One for managing the clipboard, one for storing files in the drag-and-drop area, and one for quick note-taking. Since its first launch, Unclutter has a new interface that better suits modern operating systems, as well as a number of features such as resizing panels, keyboard shortcuts for opening a tool, and support for Dropbox sync. You can even now hide certain utilities if you are not using them. If you missed it the first time, it’s worth taking another look.
