HBO Now Available on Android and Amazon Devices
If you’re a fan of HBO Now, the HBO streaming service that you can watch without a cable TV subscription, you’ve had to sign up for your iPhone or iPad. Well, HBO’s exclusive deal with Apple ended today, which means Android and Amazon device users can have fun.
Pricing hasn’t changed – HBO Now is $ 15 per month, and thanks to recently released apps, you can sign up and stream content to any Android phone or tablet or Amazon Fire tablet. HBO says you will eventually be able to use HBO Now wherever you can currently use HBO Go, which means it should be coming to Chromecast and Fire TV very soon.
In all fairness, you could watch HBO Now on tons of different devices, but an exclusive deal with Apple meant you had to use an iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV to sign up . This limitation has now been lifted and you can download the HBO Now apps for your preferred device from the links below.
