More than half of the job advertisements analyzed contained communication skills requirements. This was more common than having a college degree, time management skills, teamwork, and individual motivation, although these are also important.
ZipRecruiter’s analysis also highlighted the most common benefits employers offer to recruit new hires: subscription bonuses, training programs, and paid vacation.
