Make Beer Ice Cream From Your Favorite Beer Can, Mold-Free
Drunken popsicles are the perfect drink for adults, but many seem to be geared towards wine and fruit cocktail lovers around the world. The beer doesn’t seem to stand up to scrutiny, but it doesn’t! These cereals are refreshing and easy to make and can be made without even pouring the beer out of the can.
According to brewer Samuel Adams Jennifer Glanville (who certainly has a personal interest), beer can “uncover hidden flavors and balance complex aromas in all types of food.” Crispy wheat and vibrant citrus make summer ales a great base for these sweet and spicy sauces , a chocolate stout would really sing in a creamy mix , and if ice-cold ice is to be fruity, these puppet treats should be right in your path.
I am in awe of all the possible flavor combinations, but I am obsessed with the idea of beer push-pop . Just open your favorite jar, add any flavors, tuck an ice cream stick into the hole and freeze overnight. Cut off the bottom of the can and use a stick to push the delicious frozen beer into your mouth. Just be careful not to cut your mouth on the edge of the can!
