Udacity Will Reimburse Half of the Tuition Fees for Any Nano-Degree Diploma

Recently, online learning site Udacity offered a short deal where you could get your education in Android development from Google and get a refund for half the tuition fees upon graduation. The company now makes this offer permanent for all of its Nanodegree programs .

If you haven’t heard of Udacity’s Nanodegree programs, they’re pretty good: tech companies like Google and Facebook are working with Udacity to craft a curriculum based on the current needs of the tech industry. The courses are aimed at equipping you with the market skills that technology companies need.

While most of Udacity’s learning content is free to watch on the site, you can sign up for the Nanodegree program, which includes project reviews, career coaching, and post-graduate qualifications. These programs cost $ 200 a month (courses range from 4 to 12 months, depending on the subject and how quickly you get through them). However, with the now standing reimbursement offer, that amount will drop to $ 100 per month if you drop out of school within 12 months.

Subscribing to Udacity Nanodegree is probably not for everyone. If you’re just casually interested in learning a new skill, you should probably stick to any videos and exercises that are freely available. However, if you’re serious about a tech career, a tuition refund will make Udacity a pretty tempting deal.
