Twitter Now Lets You Share and Import Block Lists for More Privacy
Twitter is full of scammers, attackers, and other sketchy accounts. Twitter today announced that you can now share block lists with other users and import block lists of other users to block a huge number of sketchy accounts very quickly.
To export your list or import other people’s blacklists into your own, simply go to your account settings on the regular Twitter website. Find the Blocked accounts tab and select additional options. In the dropdown, you will have the option to either export your list or import the list as a .csv file. You can read more about the process here . If you’re in the same circle with other Twitter users, this feature is great for proactively deleting pesky accounts before they even reach you. Twitter has always had its fair share of trouble , but these options to protect your account are a step in the right direction. The ability to share blacklists begins rolling out to users today and will be available to everyone over the next few weeks.
