This Video Explores the War on Fat (and Why You Need It)

Diet fat doesn’t make you fat – we’ve already established that before . There are good fats and bad fats, despite what you might believe in low-fat product labels and marketing. If you’re still confused, this video will help you understand the differences and where dietary advice about fat went wrong.

No one can blame you if you are just starting to read the latest recommendations and research on dietary fats, especially saturated fats, and feel a little spinal injury compared to just a few years ago. This is normal, because your body and your brain need fat to function well and regularly.
