Don’t Forget the Most Obvious Way to Make the Perfect Iced Coffee
You can use a Percolator, Soft Teapot, Vacuum Pot, Coffee Horn, Aeropress, French Press, Chemex, Automatic Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine, or any other hellish device to brew your favorite coffee cup. But please go for this ultra simple, obvious deadly trick of drinking perfect ice coffee. The one that is good from start to finish:
1. Simply put your favorite coffee in the ice cube tray, freeze it and use the ice cube cubes. Thus, it will not be diluted with water.
2. That’s all. You can now watch a video on eye and ear candy associated with coffee.
Bonus trick: Here’s another way to make great iced coffee like we do in Europe (at least Spain and Italy), where iced coffee is completely different from American iced coffee. For me, this is the perfect way to drink iced coffee in summer or all year round.
1. Make (or order) a double or triple espresso.
2. Add sugar and milk to taste, while hot, dissolve sugar completely.
3. Drink a glass of ice (regular ice is fine for this type of iced coffee). This is the perfect glass to fully appreciate its potential).
4. Pour hot coffee into the glass.
5. Drink several sips at once.
Once you feel the difference between hot and cold liquid entering your mouth at the same time, you will never see iced coffee the same way again. In this case, you can use regular ice, because the ice will not have time to melt significantly.
