Remove Featured Items From EBay Homepage
Three years ago I bought a Nook Simple Touch for a project . Since then, the eBay homepage has been filled with all the Nooks people sell. If this sounds familiar, here’s how to turn it off.
According to Ghacks, it turns out that this list is created by “tracking” specific queries or categories on eBay. It is possible that eBay automatically follows (or is used to track) the categories when you searched for them, or otherwise generates this list behind the scenes. But unsubscribing from these searches is very easy.
Just scroll down and click the Interests You Followed button on the left side of the page. From there, you can click on each search term in your list and then click the big Unsubscribe button at the top to unsubscribe it. Once you do this for all your interests, your homepage will no longer have all those old suggested items.
This is hardly the worst thing in the world, but it’s nice to finally get rid of the products I’m not interested in and maybe even use this tracking feature to keep track of what interests me. Ghacks has some more tips for using the tracking feature, so if you’re curious, check out their full post at the link below.
