Enter “Find My Phone” Into Google to Locate Your Android Device.
Android Device Manager has been a useful security feature for a while, but finding the right bookmark when you can’t find your phone is a bit of a hassle. Now, instead, you can simply type “find my phone” into Google from whatever desktop you’re signed in to.
The new feature is an extension of the same functionality found in the Android Device Manager dashboard . You can select the device you’re looking for from the drop-down menu, see its location on a map, and even call it. The Google search box is probably the fastest way to get this information, so it’s a good addition.
