Make a Tiny Hole Saw to Remove the Removed Screws
There are several different methods for removing removed screws, such as the rubber band trick and using a screw extractor , but this approach involves making a special hole saw that quickly removes the screw with your drill.
You will need a 6-inch club shaft cut from the smallest diameter possible. Cut off the teeth at one end that will serve as the working end of your hole saw. Using a wood guide and a drill, cut out the screw. After removing the screw and some wood, use a wood filler and smooth the surface.
