NCutil Configures OS X Notification Settings
Mac: OS X doesn’t have many options for customizing the behavior of Action Center, but NCutil is a command line utility that lets you change all sorts of settings.
With NCutil, you can quickly change the basic notification settings of any application using a Terminal command. You can also dive deeper into some deeper settings, including changing the timing of alerts, editing multiple alerts at the same time, removing Apple App Store custom notifications, and more.
