We all have fears of varying degrees in our lives. It can be something harmful that prevents you from doing what you want, or something insignificant that makes you procrastinate. Whatever it is for you, it is helpful to remember that fear rarely manifests itself in loneliness.

We tend to think of our ears as bad. We forget that fear has some positive feelings that are usually associated with it. Joanna Schram of The Change Blog explains:

It is difficult to overcome your fears , but it can help you take your mind off negative feelings and focus on the positive ones. Things are scary because you don’t understand them. Get through it and eventually you may find that you enjoy being a little afraid in your life.
