Filling your schedule with other people’s priorities is the fastest way to get overwhelmed and burn out . Start planning by adding what you want to do.

Putting something on your schedule makes it a priority. You must definitely give up everything that wants to take this time interval, or at least make a conscious decision to change your existing plans.
