AnyMeeting Sets up Conference Calls in Minutes With a Single Email
Love them or hate them, organizing a conference call can be as bad as sitting on it. The new AnyMeeting feature, one of our favorite video chat services , makes it easy to set up. Just send them the invite link via email or calendar and they’ll reply with call details and a join link right from your phone.
The setup process is really that simple. If you are in the middle of an email conversation with a bunch of people and you just need to talk about it, or you are planning a call to discuss something else, all you need to do is CC talk @ anymeeting .com in your next email, or send them the link to the appointment in the calendar. Anymeeting does the rest and sends you all an email with a connection number, a password and, if you’re already on a call, a button to press to automatically join the call.
