Ulysses Is a Powerful yet Simple Text Editor for IPad
iPad: Ulysses is one of our favorite writing apps for Mac , now available for iPad. Better yet, the iPad version is just as powerful as the Mac app.
Ulysses takes an approach similar to Scrivener-like software , but simplifies and simplifies things a bit. If you’ve used Ulysses for Mac, you’ll immediately recognize the iPad version. It has the same three-pane setup where you can organize your writing into different sections, but it also offers a variety of distraction-free writing modes. It also has a number of buttons for easy formatting of text and a convenient information panel for viewing various statistics. Although you will be writing using Markdown, it supports exporting to any file format you can imagine.
Basically, it’s the Mac version on your iPad, and just as easy to use. No further ado, Ulysses is about writing and the iPad gets you there as quickly as possible.
