Use Caesar Sauce As a Marinade for Almost Anything

If you love the spicy and salty taste of Caesar dressing in salad, then why stop there? As it turns out, you can use Caesar to add some flavor to just about anything.

Epicurious offers several new uses for anchovy, parmesan and garlic dressing, some of which are now on our must-try list. Use it instead of your regular olive oil and balsamic vinegar marinade when tossing vegetables in the oven. Spread it over whole chicken for extra juiciness. Or use our favorite beef tenderloin tip: add a drop of mayonnaise to Caesar dressing to thicken it, then use this mixture to coat the tenderloin, finishing with a crusty crunchy crust.
