Call Specific Views of Action Center With a Keyboard Shortcut

Action Center is great and it’s easy enough to create a keyboard shortcut to invoke it just by going to the shortcut menu in System Preferences, but if you’d rather invoke a specific view option, iDownloadBlog shows you how.

The trick here is to use the AppleScript and Automator action to assign keyboard shortcuts to both the Today view and the notification presentation in Action Center. After you customize this setting, you can assign a shortcut to any view to open them with a single tap of the keyboard. If you tend to check the Action Center frequently, it can save you a few clicks.
