Pick Makes It Easy to Schedule Meetings or Just Get-Togethers
Whether you’re planning a meeting with a colleague or just want to have dinner with a friend when everyone is busy, it can be tricky. Pick is a web service that makes things easy. Best of all, you can use it alone or with other people to automatically choose the best time for everyone to get together.
The peak works in two ways. You can use it to tell other people when is the best time to meet you, so you can simply link it to your Google Calendar (Outlook and iCloud coming soon) and let other people know when they should make an appointment with you. , lunch, dinner or whatever. It’s a great way to let other people decide when you’re free without having to go back to the details. You even get a custom pick URL that you can send to people (or include in your email signature or whatever) where people can go to schedule time with you.
The second approach works if you and everyone you want to meet uses Pick together. The service will then advise you when the time is best for you and then process the details for you if everyone agrees. The video above shows well how the service works. It’s free (while premium features are in the works) and you can use it either online or from the companion iPhone app (as shown in the video, Android is on its way).
