Make Your Own Herbal Tea With Your Own Hands

If you have fresh herbs or spices you’ve used to cook, tea is a great way to use up leftovers. Epicurious explains how easy it is to ditch tea bags and make your own:
Simply chop off a 2-inch branch of fresh herb (basil, thyme, mint, or rosemary are especially good here), a couple of strips of citrus zest (peel off), or whole sweet spices (such as cardamom, cinnamon). , or cloves) in a mug.
