Identify Your Strengths and Weaknesses With the Super Strength Exercise
Sometimes we are more than willing to work on our weaknesses, but the problem is that we have not taken the time to correctly identify them. In this exercise, you will define your qualities and divide them into three separate categories.
If you have trouble figuring out what you are good at or work on, it will be easier for you to figure it out this way. Val Wright of Inc. invites you to use these three categories to help you in your work:
- Superpower: It comes naturally.
- Energy Zapper: I can do it, but it takes effort and focused attention.
- Danger Zone: Others do it much better.
Everyone has a superpower , and now is the time to do justice to you. You may have several, but be honest with yourself. Superpowers are something you can do without wasting much energy or anxiety. Once you’ve identified your Energy Zappers, practice these things so they can become super powers one day. Once you’ve identified your danger zones, take the time to pay attention to them so they don’t harm you. They don’t need to become superpowers, but you don’t want these things to hold you back. Do not be offended by yourself either, just be aware of them. By identifying your strengths and weaknesses, you know what to focus on.
