Make Dairy-Free Yogurt With Coconut Milk

If you don’t eat dairy or just want to try something new, you can easily create dairy-free yogurt using coconut milk and a few other ingredients.

You can buy almost any product in the store, but there is something about making it yourself that will enhance its taste. Making yoghurt yourself is a fairly straightforward process, and for the dairy-free version, all you need is:

  • Coconut milk
  • A thickener such as agar agar or tapioca powder (optional)
  • A sweetener such as raw sugar or maple syrup.
  • Probiotic capsules (used to add health and flavor benefits, can be purchased at your local health food store or online)
