Mark the Doses on Your Prescription Bottles to Know If You Have Been Taking the Medicine
The medicine heals you, but only if you take it – and we sometimes forget everything. If you can’t remember if you took the medication (or gave it to a child or pet), mark the schedule right on the bottle.
If the medicines you are taking are pills, you can turn the bottle over as a reminder, or just use the pill box. This is not easy with liquid medicines (after all, you don’t want them spilled). Record the schedule on the bottle and simply tick the box after giving or taking your medication. If there is not enough room on the bottle, it doesn’t matter. Place the bottle in the clear zipper and label the bag.
